Forge is a dynamic group of young people (18 to 40) driven to shape the future of Topeka. Falling under GTP, we focus on connection and growth through various opportunities. The name “Forge” symbolizes transformation—like molten steel shaped into something stronger. Our identity blends the anvil, a tool of change, and the North American bison, a force of nature. Together, embodying the boldness needed to FORGE YOUR FUTURE.

FORGE LEADERSHIP

Leadership = Board of Directors. The executive officers (current, incoming, & past board chairs) and committee chairs all serve on the board and collaborate with Forge's Executive Director. There are up to 25 board members that serve a 2 year term.

Forge partnered with the Greater Topeka Partnership to help bring official Topeka flag license plates to life. Approved by the State of Kansas and available since 2024, they’re a bold symbol of local pride and community identity.
