To provide fun and unique experiences leading to deeper, more meaningful connections with the community and other young professionals in Topeka. The Events Committee plans and executes Forge’s events and programming in an effort to showcase Topeka as a thriving city where young professionals can live, work, play, lead, and grow.
The marketing committee is the creative arm of Forge Young Talent and helps imagine, design, create, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. In addition, the marketing committee also helps run our social accounts, design swag, spread the word on events and programming, and captures video and photo content to showoff what Forge and Topeka has to offer.
The membership committee gives you a friendly face to connect with and help you get introduced to other young professionals and get the most out of joining Forge. The membership committee is made up of a group of charismatic and dynamic leaders who recruit and welcome new members as well as elevate the experience of current members.
The Forge Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging Oversite Committee (DEIAB) is deeply imbedded throughout Forge as an organization and is committed to building awareness, education, respect and acceptance of under-represented and marginalized groups in Topeka; while also striving to ensure Forge membership is a representation of the broader community and people we serve.
